Skytteappen ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our app.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

• Account Information: Email address, display name, and profile picture
• Shooting Data: Your logged series, weapons, and results
• Images: Target images you upload for analysis
• Location Data: If you enable automatic check-in (only with your consent)
• Device Info: Device type and operating system for technical support
• Click Data: Which products you tap in the Utrustning tab (see section 8)

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide and improve our services
• Save and sync your shooting data between devices
• Enable AI analysis of your target images
• Manage your club membership and check-ins
• Send important messages about your account
• Provide technical support
• Decide which products and sections to show in the Utrustning tab

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Supabase: Database and authentication (EU-based)
• RevenueCat: Subscription management
• Anthropic (Claude): AI analysis of target images
• Adtraction: Affiliate tracking for the links in the Utrustning tab
• Vercel: Hosting and anonymous visitor statistics for skytteappen.se

These services have their own privacy policies and we recommend that you read them.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely in encrypted form. We use industry standards to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction. Data is stored within the EU in accordance with GDPR.

6. Your Rights (GDPR)

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

• Request access to your personal data
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Object to processing of your data
• Request data portability
• Withdraw consent at any time

You can delete your account directly in the app under My Account > Delete Account.

You can request a free copy of your personal data at any time by contacting us at privacy@skytteappen.se. We will respond within 30 days.

7. Cookies and Tracking

Our website only uses necessary cookies for basic functionality. We use Vercel Analytics to see how many people visit the site. That service sets no cookies and does not follow you across other websites.

We show no advertising in the app. The Utrustning tab does, however, contain affiliate links that track purchases — described in the next section.

8. Affiliate Links and Commission

The Utrustning tab shows products from selected partners. The links are affiliate links: if you buy something after tapping one, we earn a commission from the retailer. The price you pay is unaffected.

When you tap a product or a partner, a tracking link opens at our affiliate partner Adtraction, which forwards you to the retailer's website. Adtraction and the retailer then set their own cookies in order to attribute any purchase to us. That processing happens under their own privacy policies, and we have no control over what data they collect.

We also log, ourselves, which product you tapped, which section of the app it was in, whether you use iOS or Android, and when it happened. That log is linked to your account. The purpose is to determine which products and sections are relevant to users. The legal basis is legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). You have the right to object to that processing under Article 21 — contact us at privacy@skytteappen.se.

The link to your account is removed automatically after 90 days. The click itself remains after that, but as anonymous statistics with no connection to you. If you delete your account the link is removed immediately — the anonymous rows remain.

We never share the click log with Adtraction or the retailers.

9. Children's Privacy

Our app is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under this age.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in the app.
